ELSA Webinars Academy on Mastering ADR in the International Arena

With great enthusiasm, ELSA Verona is proud to announce the ELSA Webinars Academy: Mastering ADR in the International Arena, focusing on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. This educational experience offers a comprehensive dive into Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, helping students and young professionals expand their expertise in international legal practice. The academic program—conducted entirely in English—will take place from November 7 to December 6, from 17:00 to 19:00 CET. Each session will address a different aspect of ADR, emphasizing engaging participants through discussions and practical examples. The topics will be: - Negotiation Techniques - Mediation: Civil, Commercial, and International Approaches - Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration between States - Commercial Arbitration - Investment Arbitration The webinars will be held on Zoom, and the link will be provided upon completion of the registration form. Attendees who participate in at least 4 out of 5 webinars will receive a certificate, valuable for enhancing their CVs.
