The Webinar Academy on Fashion and IP Law is an upcoming project organised by the local Italian boards of ELSA Milan & ELSA Rome.
The aim of this event is to offer the Winter ELSA Law School Rome&Milan 2020 academic programme to all who are interested in these topics, in order to convert that cancelled event in something new but equally formative and attractive.
Fashion Law can be defined as that branch of Law that deals with the legal issues that impact fashion industry. It includes a huge variety of matters such as IP, business & finance, international trade, privacy & wereable tech, civil rights and so on.Th event will take place between 1st and 5th March 2021, with at least 10 webinars and various speakers. The main partner of the event is the University of the Studies of Milan.
The participants will have the opportunity to attend two-three online lectures per day (two hours each) given by professionals specialized in the topic of Fashion & IP Law coming from important Law Firms and Companies which have their headquarters all over the world.Name of the event
